view (clustergram) - View clustergram heat map and dendrograms for clustergram object

Syntax

view(CGobj)

Arguments

Description

view(CGobj) opens a Clustergram window and draws a clustergram representing a clustergram object, CGobj. The clustergram shows hierarchical clustering using a heat map and dendrograms.

Note   You can further explore the heat map and dendrograms using the mouse, toolbar buttons, and menu items in the Clustergram window. For more information, see the Examples section of the clustergram function.
